FUMCA Children
At FUMCA, we believe children are not simply the Church’s leaders of tomorrow—they are the God’s children of today!
They deserve a childlike space to experience the wonder, community, and presence found in God’s house.
Sunday Worship & Sunday School Schedule:
• Grace Life Service (Contemporary, in the Fellowship Hall): 8:30 AM
• Godly Play® (in the Johnson Center): 10:00 AM—10:45 AM
• Traditional Service (in the Sanctuary): 11:00 AM
Children worship alongside their families in our early or late services and join their peers for Godly Play during our churchwide Sunday School hour.
What to Expect in Children's Ministry:
Safe Sanctuary Compliance: Our children's ministry fully complies with The United Methodist Church's Safe Sanctuary guidelines, including background-checked and trained leaders, secure check-in/check-out procedures, and a safe, clean environment. See Safe Sanctuary Policy.
Quality Care: Our experienced program staff and volunteers provide attentive supervision, loving care, and age-appropriate activities focused on scriptures.
Parent Communication: We prioritize clear communication with parents and guardians through secure check-in systems and will reach out if your child needs anything during their time in Children's Sunday School.
